    Refund policy

    At AlaRoma, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with returns and refunds under the following terms:

    Returns

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
    • The item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@alaroma.co.za.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

    Conditions for Returns

    • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
    • Refunds will not include shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
